We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

We work with trusted suppliers from the United States, Europe, Vietnam, and China.

Common carriers include: USPS, DHL, SDH, Yun Express, JS, Spring GDS.

  • Vietnam & China suppliers: 15–30 business days

❌ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may result in delays or require us to contact you for confirmation.

Delays may also occur due to customs clearance. Local customs authorities may request additional documents or time to process your shipment.

📮 Final Mile Delivery

Orders may be delivered by your local postal service or courier. In most cases, packages are delivered with your regular mail.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions for pickup or re-delivery.
