✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or design
  • The item is torn, stained, or defective
  • There is a printing issue or a size deviation of more than 1.5 inches
  • The item was damaged during shipping (please contact us within 30 days)

📦 Return Requirements

  • The item must meet one of the eligibility conditions above
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or final-sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  3. If requesting an exchange, please specify the desired size or design

Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days. Refunds usually appear in your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
