At AlohaNFLgear, your satisfaction is our priority. If your Hawaiian shirt isn’t exactly what you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

✅ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received the wrong size, color, or design

• The item is torn, stained, or defective

• There is a printing issue or a size deviation of more than 1.5 inches

• The item was damaged during shipping (please contact us within 30 days of delivery)

• The item must meet one of the eligibility conditions above

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Final sale items

(Unless the item arrives damaged or defective)

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

• For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at alohanflgear@gmail.com or submit our Return Request Form with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

If requesting an exchange, please specify the desired size or design.

💳 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear

📌 Important Notes

• Returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer are not accepted

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

• For faster support, please always include your order number and photos when contacting us
